What To Expect
Experience Capri before the island wakes up.
Your First Entry Blue Grotto, Capri & Anacapri Discovery begins with an early morning meeting with your personal English-speaking guide. Together you will travel by hydrofoil to Capri, where your private vehicle will be waiting upon arrival.
Your journey begins with the legendary Blue Grotto, Capri’s most famous natural wonder. Arriving early allows you to reach the grotto before the majority of visitors. When sea conditions allow, you will enter the cave aboard a traditional rowboat and admire the extraordinary blue light illuminating the water.
The Isle of Capri is divided into four small villages: two by the sea called Marina Grande and Marina Piccola, and two on the hills called Capri and Anacapri.
After the Blue Grotto visit, you will continue by taxi or private minibus to Anacapri, where you may visit Villa San Michele and ride the chairlift to the highest point of the island, Mount Solaro (Sunny Mountain), offering breathtaking views across the Bay of Naples.
The tour then continues to the main village of Capri, where you will see the famous square known as the “Piazzetta,” visit the Gardens of Augustus, and enjoy time for shopping and strolling through the charming streets.
From Capri you will take either the funicular (cable railway), taxi, or private minibus down to the port to board the jet boat where the tour concludes. By that time, as promised, you will have experienced the island from its breathtaking hilltop panoramas down to its vibrant harbor.
