SHARED TOURS AND TRANSFERS – BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
To submit a request for a shared service, valid credit card details must be provided as a guarantee. No payment is processed at the time of booking
Your reservation is confirmed only once the minimum number of participants (6 people) is reached.
You will first receive an email acknowledging your request. Once the service is confirmed, the full amount will be charged and a final confirmation email will be issued.
We aim to confirm all departures at least 3 days prior to the scheduled service date.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the service will not operate and no charge will be applied.
Cancellation Terms
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be considered effective from the date of receipt.
• 72 hours or more before the service: no penalty
• Less than 72 hours before the service: 100% non-refundable
PRIVATE TOURS AND TRANSFERS – BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation is confirmed with a 20% deposit, payable at the time of booking through our website.
The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the scheduled service date.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and will be considered valid from the date of receipt.
• 15 days or more prior to the scheduled service date: no penalty
• Between 14 and 8 days prior to the scheduled service date: 20% of the total cost will be retained
• 7 days or less prior to the scheduled service date: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable under all circumstances, regardless of the timing of cancellation
Hydrofoil Tickets
All hydrofoil routes are non-refundable, including connections between:
• Naples ↔ Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, Procida
• Sorrento ↔ Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Capri, Ischia, Procida
• Positano ↔ Amalfi, Capri, Sorrento
• Amalfi ↔ Positano, Capri, Sorrento
• Capri ↔ Naples, Positano, Amalfi, Sorrento, Ischia
Entrance Tickets
Tickets for major attractions are non-refundable, including:

• Naples: Certosa di San Martino, Capodimonte Museum, National Archaeological Museum, Sansevero Chapel (Veiled Christ), Treasure of San Gennaro, Pio Monte della Misericordia
• Pompeii Area: Pompeii Ruins, Herculaneum Ruins, Vesuvius, Oplontis Villa

Once the flight is confirmed, your card will be charged in full and a final confirmation will be sent
Cancellation Policy
After flight confirmation: 10% cancellation fee
From 14 to 7 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee
From 7 days to 72 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee
From 72 to 24 hours before departure: 75% cancellation fee
Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS
Requests to modify an existing booking — including changes to date, time, service, or number of participants — must be submitted via email to [email protected], including your booking reference.
All changes are subject to availability. Any difference in pricing, number of participants, or service type will be reflected in the updated booking total.
Promotional rates applied at the time of purchase may not be valid for amended bookings outside the original promotional period.
