What to Expect

Your journey begins in Venice, where your private English-speaking guide will be waiting to welcome you and accompany you across the enchanting Venetian Lagoon.

You step aboard your private Venetian boat with captain, and as you glide away from the city, Venice slowly fades into a landscape of water, light, and silence. The lagoon opens before you — calm, expansive, and deeply atmospheric.

Your first stop is Murano, the island of glass.

Inside a traditional glass factory, you will witness the Maestri at work, shaping molten glass into delicate creations with remarkable precision. This centuries-old craft, moved here in 1291, still defines the island today.
As you observe the process, you begin to understand the mastery, patience, and tradition behind one of Italy’s most iconic artisanal arts.

After the visit, you will have time to explore the display rooms, where refined pieces reflect the elegance and creativity of Murano.

Back on the water, your journey continues toward Burano, where the atmosphere changes completely.

As you arrive, the island reveals itself through its brightly painted houses, creating one of the most vibrant and joyful scenes in Italy. Life here feels slower, more authentic, shaped by long-standing traditions.

Walking through its narrow streets and small squares, you will discover the island’s heritage of lace-making, fishing, and boat building, while experiencing its relaxed and genuine local rhythm.

Along the way, you may pause as locals do, stopping at a small bakery to taste the traditional bussolà biscuits, or enjoying a glass of wine or a spritz — simple, authentic moments that define life in the lagoon.

Through your local guide, you will discover the true rhythm of Venetian life — including its culinary traditions, from local specialties such as cicchetti and fresh seafood dishes to the simple pleasures of wine and spritz enjoyed like a local.

Between each stop, the lagoon itself becomes part of the experience — a shifting landscape of reflections and light, changing with the seasons and offering a different atmosphere throughout the year.

This is not just a visit to Murano and Burano — it is a journey through craftsmanship, color, local flavors, and the authentic lifestyle of the Venetian Lagoon.
