What To Expect
For a truly comfortable and personalized experience in Sicily, we offer transportation in a private Mercedes minivan with an English-speaking driver for up to 8 guests, or a private Mercedes minibus with driver and English-speaking guide for larger groups. Your driver or guide will be waiting for you at your port of arrival, holding a sign with your name for easy recognition.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive to Segesta, home to one of the most impressive Greek temples of the 5th century BC. Standing alone in the countryside, the remarkably well-preserved Doric temple offers a fascinating glimpse into Sicily’s ancient Greek past.
From Segesta, you will continue to the coastal town of Marsala, located on the western shores of Sicily and world-famous for its historic Marsala wine production. Here you will visit a traditional local mill, where you will enjoy a delicious Sicilian lunch accompanied by tastings of Marsala wines and locally produced olive oil.
After lunch, the tour continues to Erice, a charming medieval village perched on top of Mount San Giuliano. From this picturesque hilltop town you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the salt pans, the city of Trapani, and the Egadi Islands.
You will have free time to stroll through the narrow cobblestone streets, visit local artisan shops, or simply enjoy the magical atmosphere of this historic village.
Following your visit, you will return comfortably to the port, arriving in plenty of time for your cruise departure.
This tour is carefully scheduled according to your ship’s arrival and departure times, ensuring a relaxed experience and a timely return to your ship.
